Highly recommend. We selected Vertex after researching and talking with six quality roofing companies. They keep their commitments. Their guys (Seth, Parker) communicate well and are so easy to work with. Fair pricing and they do excellent work using quality materials. We put a lot of time into this decision as we needed to get it right. We are very happy with Vertex Roofing and our new roof!

Had a fantastic experience with Vertex. Out of the 5 quotes I received for my roof replacement, they provided me with the highest shingle and warranty tier for the 2nd lowest price when all others quoted me with the lowest tier shingle. Communication with the contractor was great throughout and my property was cleaned up perfectly after the project.

Very pleased with our new roof! TJ was super helpful as was every person involved. They were very responsive to my questions, fair pricing without pressuring me for a review on every platform known to man. They were fast! They got us done in two weeks as we were up against an insurance deadline but they also made sure I was happy. the shingle color was important to me and they helped me view other houses with that color so I was sure of my decision. They use the best shingles that was recommended by every online roofer I viewed. The install was faster than expected as well, they were on time and did a thorough job, 3 different people did a magnet sweep around the property. Would absolutely recommend vertex.

It was a pleasure doing business with Vertex. Several years previous, per a friends referral, Devin came out and gave me a free inspection. He said it was still in good shape, but the ridge cap needed replaced. He said he could do it or we could probably do it ourselves. So we did. He could have talked me into a new roof then, but didnt. I appreciated his honesty and so when it was time for a new roof I knew who I could trust. Plus the friend who originally referred me, was very pleased with a roof Vertex had just put on his son's business building. From the first visit through the final inspection, TJ was not pushy or in a crazy hurry to get on to tge next client. He was friendly, informative, and professional. The kept their word at every turn. I had several questions along the way, even some repeats and clarifications but TJ and staff were still patient. The work crew were great. They took care not to damage anything and cleaned up great. When I realized there was a weird little box that I should have had them remove (I asked them to keep it "as is" when we started), TJ happily had a couple guys come back and take it out and redo the area, without a complaint. I opted for a ridge vent and they also did the rain gutters. The gutters were a bit difficult due in a few places and they worked so well with me and went the extra mile again. They painted the pipe vents to match everything as well! I fully recommend this business: Honest, low pressure, reliable, friendly and professional, hard working and happily go the extra mile.

The roof on my home was replaced by Vertex Roofing. The value I received was excellent. My experience with everyone from Vertex I encountered was excellent also. They were all professional, prompt, fast, and thorough. In the end, they inspected the roof and area around my home with me to make sure everything was completed and as it should be. I highly recommend Vertex Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof.

We were very pleased with TJ and the crew. They came out to give us a quote very quickly and were very good about working with us on timing and pricing. They did a beautiful job and we're diligent about cleanu9, making sure that no nails were left behind. This was especially important for us with dogs and kids. They were very professional and friendly, and we are very pleased with our roof.

Vertex Roofing was recommended to me by a co-worker. I requested an estimate and was provided within 2 business days. The bid was mid-range for the price I was expecting. I received 4 bids. I was given a full explanation of what the work would entail, and also allowed to modify some of the work items with a minor price adjustment. Work crew started on a Wednesday and finished on Thursday. The crew also did an amazing job of cleaning up the excessive nails with a heavy duty magnet. I would recommend Vertex roofing contractors for installing a new roof.

I had my roof replaced about 8 years ago and that company (which is now out of business) did a horrible job. I spent two years in litigation to get covered finally for the repairs, but earlier this year it started leaking again. I decided to replace it rather than go thru more repairs and chose Vertex after much vetting and I'm very satisfied with the results. Seth was amazing and very patient with all my questions and brought down pictures to show me the extra details they took care of to prevent any further potential leaking. The work ethic of the crew was great and they cleaned everything up beautifully.

We had our roof replaced as well as gutters and downspouts by Vertex. We got a few bids from other companies and Vertex blew away the other companies in terms of communication and professionalism. While the other companies came by and then emailed a quote several days later, TJ took the time to come into my home and explain the entire process, brought different samples of shingles, and answered our questions thoroughly. TJ was never pushy to make a sale but followed up when appropriate. Parker was also incredible to work with - he provided updates before, during and after and was super helpful with questions. When timelines had to change due to weather he was super communicative and let us know what to expect. He even let us use their dumpster to get rid of some carpet we had torn up in the house! The crew of roofers was the most well oiled machine you’ve ever seen - they were incredibly efficient, professional and got the details right. Our yard was cleaned up nicely afterwards. I recently had vertex roofing install a new roof. Tj gave me an estimate to replace it. I agree with the price. I paid for the metals I wanted installed. Jonathan and his crew came out and removed old Shingles and underliner. Installed new underliner And cleaned up around the house placing it all in there trailer. They installed new shingles. And also installed new style air venting on the peek of the roof. Which was covered roofing. The whole job was finished in two days. Tj came out and did finel inspection. We were happy with the job. It looks very nice. I highly recommend vertex roofing for a new roof.

Highly recommended. Roof was protected during construction through heavy winter storms. Customer service from Gavin, Parker, and John was really above and beyond. Gavin stopped by a few times during the early stages and helped us get a matching paint color for trim and was otherwise excellet. Parker kept in touch during the process and was curtious and professional. John was efficient and patient with all my questions. Enrique and his crew were efficient and friendly. In fact, due to the unique shape of our house and the weeks long storm we weren't able to take our trash to the curb. Without us saying anything, Enrique and his crew emptied our garbage can into the dumpster. There's still a lot of snow on the roof, but from what we can see, it looks great!

They Re Roofed my house and installed Soffit, Facia and Siding all vinyl. Vertex replaced our roof a couple of years ago. I thought I had a leak and they responded very quickly to assess the issue...which turned out to be a leaking pipe in my attic area and nothing to do with the roof at all. The technician spent the time to track down the source of the problem and save us from any further damage even though it was not due to any failure of the roof. 5 stars for their response and customer service.

I reached out to five companies for roofing bids. Gavin with Vertex put together the most professional bid, expressing exactly what would take place and how the project would be managed. No overpromise under deliver. Our roof looks so much more crisp now that Vertex has completed the work. No huff, no puff, simply put, our home was taken care of by those with integrity.

All those I worked with, from the cost estimator to the on-site supervisor, were professional and quick to reply to my email and phone messages. I was always made to feel that my re-roofing project was personally important to each of them. I was kept informed of their schedule throughout the process. The old roof tear off was done with great care and the cleanup was thorough. The finished work was of the highest quality and exceeded my expectations.

Salesman, Gavin, represented their products and services accurately. They kept me apprised when a hitch occurred in getting the roofing materials. Once reroofing started, they worked diligently and cleanly to complete the roof in two days. They followed up a few days after completion to make sure the job was completed at a high-quality level and they had left my yard clear of debris.

Good communication overall though the actual day of work was a mystery until a day before. The day of they worked hard and had the repairs to our roof done quickly. Quality looks good and they answered follow up questions and the inspection promptly.

Vertex roofing did an outstanding job from start to finish on my recent roof replacement. The roof was completed on schedule exactly as contracted. Gavin my sales representative was extremely knowledgeable and was always available. I contacted him numerous times during the process. On one occasion while I was out of town, Gavin volunteered to drive over to my home to resolve a color match issue with the trim prior to the roof installation. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Vertex Roofing. When we bought our house we knew we would need a new roof installed within the next few years. Their staff came to our home to discuss the details of the job and submitted a very reasonably priced bid, even including some of the premium options we selected. They were also very patient with us, as we delayed accepting their bid for a few weeks while evaluating other options. In the end we selected them and they were able to get the job started very quickly thereafter. The job was complete in two days, even for our relatively large roof. They were very responsive and diligent in ensuring the quality of the finished product and customer satisfaction.

The salesman Seth was very professional and easy to deal with. We had 1 large shop and 1 small shed we needed to reroof. We got 4 bids from different roofing companies, and Vertex was not the highest and not the lowest, but we chose them because of the high ratings and the fact they were a local company. We were extremely satisified with the work that was performed. The roofers were fast and very efficient and their work and cleanup was excellent as promised. I highly recommend Vertex Roofing for re-roofing projects. My roof always had a problem with the wind. When a new roof was finally needed, I wanted a company that would do a quality job and provide a 50 year warranty. Vertex Roofing was one of several I considered. I chose Vertex because of the warranty, my shingle and color options, a competitive price, and good installation practices. Seth, the estimator, was patient to explain the installation process, the warranty, the quality of the shingles, and the quality of the work crews. He was great about answering all my questions. He also gave me some great options of types of shingles and of colors to work from. Parker, the project manager, was good to communicate with. The work crew headed by Adrian was fantastic. They were hard working, efficient, and organized. They got the job done in a timely manner. They also did a thorough job of clean up. I was impressed by their work and in general the whole Vertex Roofing process. The roof looks great and hopefully now I don't have to worry when the wind blows.

Vertex did a fantastic job, replacing my roof and gutters in 2.5 days. I paid pretty close attention to the work they did as I came up in the building trades, and I was consistently impressed. There was one issue...a roll of ice and water shield fell off my roof and punched a hole through the composite decking of my deck I built last year. Vertex called immediately to inform me, took responsibility for the damage, and we worked out the repair. Not what I wanted, but stuff happens and they handled it completely professionally and I'm satisfied with the resolution. Even with that incident, I'm fully satisfied with my experience with Vertex. Highly recommended.

We have had nothing but a positive experience with this company. First of all it is my elderly mother’s house. I live with her because she can’t live alone and my brother who is in Vegas handles the big money issues so there were a lot of duplicate texts and emails. Right from the beginning we had Seth come out and do a bid for us and then life happened and we had to push a new roof out until after the winter. When I called back and asked if they could have Seth come back out and do an updated bid; not only did Seth call me back that same day and come out within a couple days but he also still had our original bid and information that we had talked about. He had already impressed us when he did the first bid by actually getting up on the roof to get an idea of the cost and he took pictures of everything like I asked. He sent everything to me and my brother and never showed any sign of being bothered by having to deal with two different people. Seth is also very knowledgeable about the product he is selling without being arrogant or pushy about it. Once we got the new bid and got part of that amount paid we were handed over to Breck the project manager, who was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Breck got us on the schedule and he and his crew showed up as scheduled and got started on the job right away. Enrique was the Forman of a 7 man team that worked together like a well oiled machine. We had two different kinds of roofing done; shingles on a good sized bi-level house and a shed then a rubber flat roofing on the 2 car garage and the area overlooking the front porch. I was made aware of anything that was going to cost us extra before they started doing anything I hadn’t already agreed to. And boy was our garage roof a mess!! But Enrique and his guys had the house, the shed, the porch and the garage done in a 10 hour day. The next day Abraham came back out to finish up with some brackets that they didn’t have the day before then he and Breck went around and picked up the stuff that had missed the trailer they brought for trash. Breck inspected the job and let me know Sydney from the office would get us the final invoice and then Seth would also come back out and check to make sure everything was done as promised. Seth also did a sweep of the yard (front, side and back) and the driveway with a large magnet and he picked up a small amount of material that was missed. And he took more pictures for us so that we could see the finished product. All in all this was a great experience and we would recommend Vertex to anyone looking to get their roof done.

Vertex helped with my roof replacement. Seth did the initial inspection. He was great. He suggested I get rid of my flimsy, leaky skylights. Other roofers didn't even mention that. Brek was the project manager. He was professional and communicated often. The crew that worked on the roof were fast and thorough. My roof was done in 2 days! I recommend Vertex!

Replace a turbine vent that had gone bad and fixed a small leak around the chimney.

Very responsive - had appointment next day. Chris diagnosed our roof leak problem very quickly and repaired the problem on the same visit.

I contacted Gavin from vertex roofing because we were having rain come in through our hood vent above our stove. He came to our home in less than 24hours. After looking at the vent in our kitchen he climbed up into our attic and through a whole bunch of insulation to check the outside of the vent pipe for moisture. After that he went up onto the roof and caulked everything around the vent. Gavin had such a professional and dedicated approach. We talked about the possibility of driving rain coming in under the vent cap. We talked about options if that ends up being the problem. If there are any issues in the future we will 100% be contacting vertex for help. They really take care of you.

Had Chris come onsite to assess a leak problem due to excessive snow and ice. He was not only on time but very honest and gave me great advice. I'm the owner of a large old Victorian house in the Avenues of Salt Lake City. The roof has a very steep pitch, some flat areas, including a roof-top balcony, multiple dormers, eaves, valleys... a fairly complicated roof that is three stories high. I'd called a few companies a year ago, and they just drove by, took a look, and never called back. I called Vertex because they appeared to have a very good reputation, and because I had decided that this was a job that needed to be done by expert roofers, as opposed to the companies that try to hurry through jobs as fast as they can to make as much money as possible. Vertex took the job, and they did it very well. They took their time in order to do it right, and I can honestly say that I'm very happy with the result.

The estimate provided was fair and not the lowest estimate I received, but represented the best value for the work to be performed. Thank you Vertex roofing! We have a rental property that the tenant failed to tell us the roof was leaking. After they moved out we found significant damage to the ceiling and walls indicating the roof needed to be replaced. We received several bids and was impressed how thorough they were with the bid process. Vertex had replaced our neighbors roof on a very windy day and a lot of debris flew into our yard. During the cleanup they made sure our yard was cleaned up and spotless as well. I was impressed. I decided to have them replace the rental roof and I am extremely glad I did. They do an amazing job! I’m happy with every aspect of what they did. They also do things that are included in the price of the bid to improve the roof like adding attic vents to our older house that never had them before. Also painting all the pipes and breathers to match. It looks great. I am extremely happy with everything including the price and have already recommended them to numerous other people.
